We are a first responder that covers over 150 miles of coastline from San Luis Obispo County to Santa Barbara County, including the Northern Channel Islands.
Some highlighted areas that we cover are found below, from north to south. This includes the rugged beaches of San Simeon and Cambria down to Morro Bay and the sandy shores of Pismo, Rancho Guadalupe and Ocean Dunes, with everything in between. We also receive special permission to respond within Vandenberg Space Force Base and extend coverage to Point Conception and Gaviota into Santa Barbara and Carpinteria. For species of special interest, we arrange logistics to cover San Miguel, Santa Rosa, and Santa Cruz Islands.
